Community Relations

Our service members already sacrifice much for their nation, but during Fleet Week Port Everglades, they leave a lasting mark on the South Florida community through a wide variety of volunteer projects.

Hundreds of Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen enthusiastically visit children in local hospitals, salute the veterans who bravely served generations earlier, speak to students at area schools, tend community gardens feeding the undernourished and help construct safe housing for disadvantaged families.
